VewMe LLC · Last updated: May 2026
VewMe LLC ("VewMe") operates a white-label creator-business platform that enables Creators to launch and operate their own branded subscription website, community, and digital storefront. This Acceptable Content Policy explains what kinds of content and conduct are not allowed on the Platform. It applies to all Users, all Creator Sites powered by VewMe, and all areas of the Platform (including profiles, posts, messages, livestreams, communities, products, and any other surface).
This policy supplements, and is part of, the VewMe Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where this policy is more specific than those documents, the more specific provision controls.
VewMe does not permit pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual escort or sex-work services, or content whose primary purpose is to sexually arouse. This applies to images, video, audio, text, livestreams, and any other format. Content that does not meet the standards of a general-audience, SFW (safe-for-work) creator platform may be removed and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated.
The following categories of content are prohibited on VewMe. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and VewMe retains sole discretion to determine whether content violates this policy.

Circumventing VewMe's payments by directing supporters to off-Platform payment methods (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, crypto wallets, etc.) for content or services that should be transacted through VewMe.
Use of bots, scrapers, fake accounts, or other automation to inflate metrics, manipulate ranking, or otherwise abuse the Platform.
3.8 Intellectual-property and impersonation violations
Posting content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right.
Impersonating any person, brand, or organization, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation.
Creators are responsible for the content on their Creator Site and for any conduct of administrators, moderators, contributors, or guests they authorize. Creators must:
ensure that their Creator Site, profile, products, and offerings comply with this policy and with all applicable laws;
only post or sell content for which they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents;
respond promptly and in good faith to abuse, copyright, privacy, and safety reports received through VewMe; and
act as the custodian of records relating to their own content, as required by applicable law.
We retain sole discretion to determine whether content or conduct violates this policy. Where we determine a violation has occurred, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:
removing or restricting the offending content;
limiting features available to the User;
suspending or terminating the User's account or any associated Creator Site;
withholding or reversing payouts in accordance with our Terms of Service;
retaining information for law-enforcement or compliance purposes; and
reporting the violation to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other appropriate authorities.

We may update this Acceptable Content Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Platform. Your continued use of VewMe after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
