VewMe LLC · Last updated: May 2026
This statement sets out the steps taken by VewMe LLC ("VewMe") to identify, prevent, and address the risks of modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in our business and on our platform. It is informed by, and consistent with the spirit of, applicable anti-trafficking and modern-slavery laws and regulations, including section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act, and analogous laws in the jurisdictions in which our Users are located.
VewMe is a creator-business platform that enables independent creators, coaches, organizations, and communities to launch and operate their own branded subscription website, community, and digital storefront. VewMe LLC is committed to providing a secure, lawful environment and to full compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
Modern slavery and human trafficking are crimes and violations of fundamental human rights. They take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, debt bondage, and the trafficking of human beings, all of which involve the deprivation of a person's liberty in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place anywhere in or in connection with our business.
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking activities do not take place on our platform or via our third-party suppliers. Our Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Policy, together with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Content Policy, and automated and human content-review systems, reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls.
The prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain is the responsibility of all those working for us, with us, or under contract. Our employees and contractors are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this statement. All employees, Users, and contractors are encouraged to read, understand, and comply in full with this statement and our related policies.
Reports of suspected modern slavery or trafficking will be fully investigated and appropriate remedial action taken, both internally and (where appropriate) by referral to law enforcement and recognized anti-trafficking organizations. Users may report concerns by emailing support@vewme.com, submitting a support ticket through their VewMe account, or using the in-product report feature where available. Anyone raising a genuine concern in good faith will not suffer any detriment for doing so, even if the concern is ultimately not substantiated.
We have assessed the principal areas of risk that we are exposed to and the steps we take to mitigate those risks. Those areas include:
the geographies in which our Creators, Subscribers, and suppliers operate, some of which may have heightened modern-slavery risk;
the upload, distribution, and monetization of User Content, where exploitative content could conceivably appear despite our prohibitions, and the corresponding need for content moderation and reporting;
our recruitment of employees and contractors; and
our relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers, especially those operating in higher-risk regions or industries.
To address these risks, VewMe maintains and continues to develop the following measures:
Onboarding and identity verification. We operate Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and identity-verification procedures for Creators and other Users where appropriate. These are a critical part of our zero-tolerance approach to exploitation and trafficking.
Content review. We employ a combination of automated content-moderation tools and human review to identify and remove content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Acceptable Content Policy, including content that may facilitate, coordinate, or depict trafficking or exploitation.
Identity-to-payout matching. We monitor for discrepancies between the identity verified at account creation and the legal name used for payouts, and we investigate inconsistencies.
Community reporting. We provide multiple channels for Users and members of the broader public to report concerns, and we route escalations to internal reviewers and, where appropriate, to law enforcement and specialist organizations.
Supplier diligence. Where relevant, our contracts with suppliers include obligations to comply with applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws, and we will not knowingly do business with any supplier that engages in modern slavery or human trafficking.
Whistleblower protection. We protect whistleblowers and take appropriate remedial or legal action where warranted.
Continuous improvement. We monitor changes in applicable law and best practice and update our policies, training, and tooling accordingly.
We encourage anyone who encounters content on VewMe that indicates someone may be in immediate physical danger relating to trafficking or exploitation to report the content immediately to support@vewme.com and, if appropriate, to local law enforcement.
Executive management at VewMe LLC has overall responsibility for ensuring that this statement and our related policies are implemented and complied with. Managers and team leaders at all levels are responsible for ensuring that the people working under them understand and comply with this statement. The VewMe Legal Team has primary day-to-day responsibility for this statement and any queries about it, and for considering the internal-control systems and procedures designed to counter modern slavery.
Training on the modern-slavery and human-trafficking risks VewMe faces is provided to key employees and contractors, with annual refresher training and additional training for new joiners. Our approach is communicated throughout our business and to suppliers at the outset of any business relationship and is reinforced thereafter.
We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement has been approved by the management of VewMe LLC.
