Welcome to VewMe. VewMe powers creator-owned subscription websites and communities. If you're honest, kind, and respectful to others, you'll always be welcome here. Our goal is to allow Creators and their communities to express themselves freely, as long as that expression doesn't offend or negatively impact other Users.

Everyone is held to the same standard on VewMe, whether they are a Creator, a subscriber, a member, or a visitor. We ask you to be considerate, think before you post, and follow these guidelines both on and off the Platform. Your off-Platform behavior may also result in the termination of your VewMe account.

Below is a list of behaviors and content that are not welcome on VewMe. If you violate any of these rules, you may be permanently banned. We encourage you to immediately report any behavior that violates our Terms of Service or these guidelines using the in-product report feature or by emailing support@vewme.com.

VewMe is NOT for:

Sexually explicit and adult content

VewMe is a SFW (safe-for-work) platform. Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, full or partial nudity intended to be sexual, and sexually graphic text are not allowed anywhere on VewMe --- not on profiles, not on Creator Sites, not in posts, not in messages, and not in livestreams. Sexual escort services, adult-industry promotion, and similar content are also prohibited. See our Acceptable Content Policy for more detail.

Harassment

Do not engage in, or encourage others to engage in, targeted abuse or harassment of any other User. Reports of stalking, threats, bullying, doxing, or intimidation are taken very seriously and may result in immediate account termination.

Violence and physical harm

We do not tolerate violent, graphic, or gory content on VewMe, or any content that advocates for or threatens violence of any sort, including terrorism. Physical assault, coercion, and acts of violence are strictly prohibited. Content that advocates for or glorifies suicide or self-harm is also not allowed. If we believe a User may be in crisis, we may take steps to assist them, including pointing them to crisis-support resources.

Hate speech

Content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors such as (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.

Private information

Do not publicly broadcast private information, whether yours or someone else's. This includes social security numbers, passport details, passwords, financial information, and unlisted contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, home or work addresses. Always be careful with private information.

Spam and platform manipulation

Don't spam Users with constant promotions or repeat content. Don't use bots, fake accounts, or other automation to inflate followers, engagement, or revenue, and don't manipulate the Platform's ranking, search, or discovery features.

Promotion or solicitation

Creators are absolutely encouraged to share what they're building, but if the sole purpose of an account is to send subscribers off-Platform to a third-party service, that's not what VewMe is for. Engage your community on VewMe and give them the experience they signed up for.

Human trafficking and non-consensual content

Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or any non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from VewMe and reported to the appropriate authorities. See our Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement for more detail.

Scamming and payment circumvention

VewMe has a zero-tolerance policy on predatory behavior. Anyone attempting to obtain another User's private information for fraudulent or illegal purposes will be banned. Sharing your own financial-account details (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, crypto wallet addresses, etc.) outside of the Platform to circumvent VewMe's payment processing is grounds for termination.

Impersonation

Be yourself. Do not impersonate, or misrepresent affiliation, connection, or association with, any person, brand, or entity. Parody accounts that are not clearly labeled as parody are not allowed.

Minors

You must be 18 years of age or older to use VewMe. We do not allow images of unaccompanied minors. If you post photos of children, make sure that you (or an authorized adult) are present in the photo. If you see a profile that includes an unaccompanied minor, encourages harm to a minor, or depicts a minor in any sexual or suggestive way, please report it immediately and we will take action and report it to the relevant authorities.

If it's not yours, don't post it. If your Creator Site or other content on VewMe includes work that is copyrighted or trademarked by others, don't use it unless you have a license, permission, or another lawful basis to do so. See our Terms of Service for our DMCA process.

Illegal use

Don't use VewMe to do anything illegal. If it's illegal in the real world, it's illegal on VewMe.

One person, one account

VewMe accounts cannot have multiple owners. Don't share an account with anyone else, and don't attempt to maintain multiple personal VewMe accounts. (Creators may, of course, operate multiple distinct Creator Sites or brands from a single VewMe account in accordance with our Terms.)

Third-party apps and unauthorized tools

The use of third-party apps that claim to offer VewMe services or special VewMe features (auto-viewers, fake-follower tools, etc.) is not allowed. We will detect the use of such tools and ban the responsible accounts. If you have an idea for a feature, let us know at support@vewme.com.

Account dormancy

VewMe is meant to be used. If you do not log in to or use your account for 12 months, we may deactivate it for inactivity. "Use it or lose it."

Our sole discretion

VewMe reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what is or is not a violation of our Terms or these guidelines, and what is or is not explicit, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We hold all rights.

NOTICE: VewMe LLC reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without refund of any purchases or earnings if you have misused the service or behaved in a way that VewMe LLC regards as inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of our Terms, including actions or communications that occur off the Platform. Behave accordingly while abiding by the rules and regulations of the service.
